Vinyasa Yoga, Moving Meditation & Gong Bath Workshop
Give yourself the gifts of love, light, peace, and joy
Awaken and recharge your body, mind, and spirit in this unique workshop designed to release tension and stress, while restoring peace, joy, and well-being.
Yoga, Meditation, and Gong/Sound Therapy are transformative practices that direct our attention inwards where we experience balance, relaxation, and a deep connection with ourselves and others. These practices help us to gain and maintain clarity, equanimity, and harmony in our lives.
In this workshop, you will be guided through an invigorating vinyasa flow yoga sequence to energize your body, relax your mind, and prepare for an active meditation that incorporates shaking, dancing, sitting, and lying down.
The practice will close with a powerful, healing gong bath.
The gong is the oldest instrument in the world and all the sounds of creation are contained within it. The gongs bring us from a place of thinking and doing to a place of feeling and being. The frequencies and sounds cannot be predicted by the mind, so it slows the brainwaves into a meditative state.
When you calm your mind and still your thoughts, you attune to your true nature of love, light, peace, and joy.
Join us for these dynamic practices to free your body, mind, and soul!
Stay tuned for the next workshop date!
