Tap Into Your Ancestry with EFT and Meditation
Connecting with your ancestors and embracing your past enhances your understanding of who you are and where you came from. When this happens, deep intergenerational wounds can be healed by accessing the love, life force, and wisdom that flows through your ancestors to you.
In this workshop, you will be guided through an EFT tapping sequence and a moving meditation to connect with your ancestors, heal wounds from the past, and reclaim peace, joy, harmony, and well-being.
EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, is a therapeutic method that uses light tapping with the fingertips on specific points on the body to relieve physical and emotional ailments by releasing energetic blockages and restoring balance.
The workshop will close with a powerful, healing gong bath in a supported relaxation pose.
Join us for these profound practices to heal wounds from your past with compassion and let the love, support, and guidance of your ancestors enrich your life.
Stay tuned for upcoming workshop date!
