Gentle Yoga and Humming Meditation
Giving Thanks from the Heart
Experience abundance and joy as you open your heart and attune to the flow of gratitude in your body, mind, and spirit.
Giving thanks from the heart and having an attitude of gratitude is essential for living a joyful and fulfilled life.
In this workshop, we will explore the location and qualities of the Heart Chakra and how to open and balance this energy center within the body.
You will be guided through a gentle yoga sequence to warm up, release tension from your body, and connect with your heart before transitioning into a humming and hand movement meditation.
The practice will close with a guided meditation lying down in a supported relaxation pose.
Join us for this nourishing practice and cultivate a deeper sense of gratitude for the many blessings in your life.
Stay tuned for the next workshop date!
